Where are you located?

Wherever you are! We are a Portland-based practice that operates fully-remote offering telehealth services to the entire state of Maine.

are you accepting new clients?

We sure are! We pride ourselves on being able to meet immediate need of the clients we serve because we understand the urgency that often comes with reaching out for counseling.

can i use my health insurance?

Absolutely! We are currently in network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Community Health Options, GEHA, Health Partners, Medica, MultiPlan, Security Health, United Healthcare & more.

Please note: we accept the use of HSA cards for session costs.

are there other payment options?

There are! We offer options of utilizing out of network (OON) benefits, using EAP benefits through your employer, you can pay privately at our self-pay rate, or we can provide a superbill to you for insurance reimbursement.

Phone Consultation

Initial 15-minute phone consultation with our therapist to ensure the therapeutic relationship would be a good fit.

Initial Assessment

$200.00

The first appointment is a 60-minute in-depth assessment covering biopsychosocial information + history.

Concurrent Sessions

$120.00

Each following session is 50-minutes long and focuses on symptom management, treatment planning, and the development of coping skills.
